Extensive renovation redesigned into completely new residence.

This serene oasis, a testament to the collaborative success between our clients' vision and our design expertise. This project involved a comprehensive overhaul, including a full reclad and a meticulous redesign of most spaces within the existing footprint. My role as the designer was crucial in reshaping the home, focusing on clever space planning and innovative design solutions to enhance flow and functionality.

The extensive renovation ushered in a newly constructed home, characterized by striking timber flooring and a contemporary kitchen. The bathrooms are the highlight of the home, featuring a stunning combination of tiles, natural colours, and textures to evoke a spa-like ambiance, fulfilling the essence of our design brief.

Outdoor design played a significant role, as we curated a tropical Mediterranean-style outdoor area and pool. Custom-built bench seats and curved decks optimized limited space, while large windows and doors in the lower bedrooms and bathrooms blurred the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, offering picturesque views of well-planned gardens.

Each bedroom was meticulously designed, featuring custom wardrobes for optimal use of space. Floaty curtains installed on ceiling tracks added height to each room, contributing to an overall sense of openness and sophistication.
